The Principal serves as the chief academic and administrative head of the institution and is responsible for implementing policies and ensuring quality assurance. Academic functions are supported by the Vice Principal and Heads of Departments, who coordinate curriculum delivery, teaching–learning processes, and departmental activities. Faculty members are responsible for instruction, evaluation, research, and student mentoring.
