Organogram

The organizational structure of Sunder T.T. College is aligned with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the affiliating State University and NAAC to ensure effective governance and academic administration. The Governing Body is the apex decision-making authority responsible for policy formulation, strategic planning, and institutional oversight. The Principal serves as the chief academic and administrative head of the institution and is responsible for implementing policies and ensuring quality assurance. Academic functions are supported by the Vice Principal and Heads of Departments, who coordinate curriculum delivery, teaching–learning processes, and departmental activities. Faculty members are responsible for instruction, evaluation, research, and student mentoring. The administrative officer and non-teaching staff provide essential support services including office administration, finance, library, laboratories, and student services. This well-defined hierarchical structure promotes transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in institutional functioning as per NAAC requirements.
